Carrico Implement is proud to partner with area community and technical colleges to sponsor students pursing careers in the agriculture industry. With this program, students receive hands-on learning to take their knowledge from the classroom and apply it to real-life scenarios out in the service shop. Tuition and fees covered by Carrico Implement, as well as a paid internship during the two-year program.

John Deere Ag Tech Program

  • Full Ride Scholarship - $50,000 value with 5-year work commitment
  • Study is John Deere equipment and technology focused
  • Tool set provided ($13,000 value)
  • Eligible for incentive plan after one year of completed study
  • Graduate with John Deere Technician Certification
  • Guaranteed full-time employment upon graduation

Local Technical Program

  • Reimbursement Program - $10,000 value; $2,000/year with 5-year work commitment
  • Study is not John Deere equipment and technology focused
  • No tool provisions provided
  • Eligible for incentive plan after one year of completed study
  • Graduate does not receive John Deere Technician Certification; additional training required upon hire
